Sigma is rumored to be working on a new Art-series lenses and the 85mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art will be the next one in the series.
Along with the recently launched Sigma 24mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art, the rumor mill also claims that a Sigma 85mm and the 135mm Art prime lenses are the next models to be launched.
The Sigma 85mm f/1.4 Art lens will probably coming first, because Sigma thinks 85mm focus length has a better sale. Sigma 135mm will be the next one with a maximum aperture of f/1.8 or f/2.

Sigma is also on the verge to launch another zoom lens. A new Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG OS HSM Art lens is a possibility. The lens expected to be a cheaper solution to standart zoom lenses on full frame DSLRs when compared to its Canon and Nikon models.
The good-old Sigma 85mm f/1.4 EX DG HSM lens currently priced around $1,000 and is rumored to be replaced by a new Art-series model sometime in the future.
If becomes official the Sigma 85mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art lens will compete against the new Zeiss Otus 85mm f/1.4 lens.
