New firmware update for the Nikon D850 and D7500 Released

Nikon has released a new firmware update for the Nikon D850 and D7500 DSLR cameras.

Nikon D850 Firmware Update Version 1.31 fixes an issue about firmware updates. The new firmware updates version 1.31 for Nikon D850 and 1.12 D7500 cameras are now available for download.

Nikon D850 firmware update version 1.31:

  • Changed the default password displayed on the connection menu after all the camera’s settings were reset.

Nikon D7500 firmware update version 1.12:

  • Changed the default password displayed on the connection menu after all the camera’s settings were reset.
  • Fixed a phenomenon in which the L and R sound level indicators on both the camera monitor and the external HDMI recorder are reversed while images are output to the HDMI recorder in movie live view.
