The new announced Sony FE 16-25mm f/2.8 G Lens now available for pre-order at Amazon, B&H Photo Video and Adorama. The official release date in US is on May 10th.

Optimized for both stills and video, the FE 16-25mm F2.8 G supports features like in-body image stabilization, linear manual focus response, and minimal focus breathing. Priced at $1,199, this lens promises to be a compelling wide-angle option for Sony’s full-frame mirrorless cameras.

Sony Japan also announced that reorders were much higher than expected:
