Leica is rumored to announce a new 35mm f/1 or 35mm f/0.95 M-mount lens.

The product within the rumor mill will sure provide 35mm focal length but the maximum aperture is unknown at the moment. It could be either f/1 or f/0.95 in M-mount.

This new Leica 35mm f/1 or f/0.95 lens could be under the Noctilux brand like Noctilux-M 50mm f/0.95 ASPH. Lens.

Leica is rumored to start a whole new separate lens line under the Noctilux name. The upcoming Noctilux-M 75mm f/1.25 ASPH could be the first in a series of new Noctilux lenses with different focal lengths that will be introduced in the next few years.

One of the prime optic rumored is the Leica 35mm with f/1 or f/0.95 aperture. Thanks to its bright aperture and focal length combination, it will be a good lens for a broad range of applications. Nevertheless, it could be expensive, so you might as well start saving money for it right away.
