Canon EOS R6 Mark II On The Way And Coming With Stacked Sensor

A new Canon rumor has surfaced online. Accordingly, Canon EOS R6 Mark II is on the way, and more importantly, it may come with the stacked sensor we saw on the EOS R3.

As we have mentioned in different articles before, Canon is planning to announce a new RF mount full frame mirrorless camera to replace currently EOS R. The Canon EOS R6 is more than two years old, and latest rumors indicates that it’s in Canon’s update schedule.  This new camera could be the Canon EOS R6 Mark II and it might arrive with a new stacked sensor.

It’s not the first time Canon has brought a new technology introduced in a flagship camera to a more affordable model. If Canon gets the EOS R6 refresh and this R6MKII gets the EOS R3’s stacked sensor, Canon would have made a wise move.
