B&H has published the product page for the NIKKOR Z 800mm f/6.3 VR S lens, The lens is already in deelopment and we can easily say that the announcement is imminent.
Currently, the exact pricing and announcement date are still unknown. The official announcement will possibly be before the 2022 CP+ show in Japan (February 22-27).
