More Details about Nikon COOLPIX P950 Camera

Here are a few more dteails about the Nikon COOLPIX P950 camera. The Nikon P950 is a bridge camera and replaces the current COOLPIX P900 model.

Ideal for shooting moon with the 83x zoom and a 4.3-357mm f/2.8-6.5 lens (24-2000mm). The Nikon P950 will be the cheaper and lighter version of P1000 (125x, 24-3000mm). The camera will have a 16MP CMOS sensor and a built-in lens with a 35mm equivalent focal length of 24-2000mm. For an even further reach, the camera also has 166x Dynamic Fine Zoom, and 332x digital zoom, effectively quadrupling the optical zoom.

Nikon will announce two cameras and two lenses for the upcoming CES 2020 event which will start on Jan 7th. We have reported these products today as Nikon D780, Coolpix P950 cameras and Nikon Nikkor Z 70-200mm f/2.8 lenses.
