Tamron has announced the new SP 15-30mm f/2.8 DI VC USD ultra-wide zoom lens designed for full frame cameras. The lens has been on-display at Photokina 2014 event.

The Tamron SP 15-30mm f/2.8 DI VC USD has an ultrasonic focusing motor, ‘eBAND’ and fluorine coatings, and a 9-blade diaphragm. The SP 15-30mm f/2.8 DI VC USD is less than 145mm (5.7in.) long and weigh in at roughly 1.1kg (2.4 lbs).
