partially stacked 30<50MP for photo first medium and high end models.

But above all else it needs to have real phase detect and eve lidar autofocus. it needs better focus logic above all else.
In the GFX line it needs to rest on its current high end laurels and instead flesh out the line with an even lower light model, ie bigger photosites, with a 40<60MP model line that has the smaller bodied rangefinder, the bigger SLR style body and the fixed lens version.
this line needs to come ahead of another 100+MP version and again with much faster processors, much much better autofocus and a partially or fully stacked sensor.
Better autofocus and faster sensor readout speeds would go a long way into making the GFX line a real professional option as opposed to a landscape portrait niche camera.
