According to the latest rumors, Sony is likely to announce the FE 16-35mm F2.8 GM II lens at the CP+ 2023 event scheduled for February next year. The expectations are big for the 16-35mm lens and after the positive reviews for the new 24-70mm GM II we hope it will be a good update. This new lens will be lighter, smaller and optically improved.
In addition, Sony has also listed the “FE 20-70mm F4 G” as they plan to announce two FE lenses soon. This lens will be the G-series F4 standard zoom lens.
