Confirmed: Fujifilm GFX 100S, X-E4, GF 80mm f/1.7, XF 27mm f/2.8 II, XF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 Coming

Nokishita just confirmed that two new Fujifilm cameras and three new Fujinon lenses will be announced next week.

The official announcement is on January 27, 2021 and these products will be Fujifilm GFX 100S, Fujifilm X-E4 cameras and GF 80mm f/1.7, XF 27mm f/2.8 II and XF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 lenses.

There will be some prominent products and full list of the upcoming Fuji gear that will be announced on January 27th, 2021 can be found below.

Fujfilm GFX100S will be smaller and cheaper than the GFX50S with the IBIS. According to reports the medium format mirrorless camera will cost $5,999 USD in the US. Here is what we know so far about the Fujifilm GFX 100S.

The current FujiFilm GFX 100 is now in stock at AmazonB&HAdorama for $9,999.

Fujifilm X-E4 will use a 26MP sensor and a tilt-type monitor.  The announcement date of January 27 can be selected for the second weatherproof version of the XF 27mm f/2.8 MK II lens, which has been in existence for years, especially as a small, compact prime lens. The XF 27mm f/2.8 MK II will feature weather sealing, an aperture ring and have the same optical formula as the current XF 27mm f/2.8 lens.

The XF 70-300mm telephoto zoom lens, which has been frequently mentioned recently, was a model that was expected to be announced as weather resistant and we saw in Fujifilm’s lens roadmap. Good news is that it will be compatible with 1.4x and 2x teleconverters. In addition to these two products we mentioned, it seems possible to meet Fujinon XF 70-300mm f/ 4-5.6.
