Nikon has updated the lens roadmap for Nikon Z-mount full frame mirrorless cameras at the CES 2019 event. There will be a total of 23 Z-mount mirrorless lenses by 2021.
Compared to previous Z-mount lens roadmap, the NIKKOR Z 24mm f/1.8 S lens has changed from 2020 to 2019, the NIKKOR Z 20mm f/1.8 S lens has changed from 2019 to 2020.
Nikon has three Nikkor Z-mount lenses available at and slightly after the launch of the Nikon Z6 and Nikon Z7 full frame mirrorless cameras. These are the Z-NIKKOR 24-70mm f/4, Z-NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8 lens, Z-NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8 lenses and the Mount Adapter FTZ.
We already know that Nikon has serious plans for the next three years of Z-mount lenses. Below is the list of upcoming Nikon Z-mount lenses by years:
2019:
- NIKKOR Z 14-30mm f/4 S Lens (Already Announced)
- NIKKOR Z 58mm f/0.95 S NOCT Lens (Coming in late January)
- NIKKOR Z 24mm f/1.8 S Lens
- NIKKOR Z 85mm f/1.8 S Lens
- NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f/2.8 S Lens
- NIKKOR Z 70-200mm f/2.8 S Lens
2020:
- NIKKOR Z 20mm f/1.8 S Lens
- NIKKOR Z 50mm f/1.2 S Lens
- NIKKOR Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S Lens
- Four more new Z-mount Lenses
2021:
Seven new Nikon Z-mount Lenses
