Sony A6700 announcement event allegedly happening soon

Sony A6700 announcement date is rumored to take place in the near future as sources claims the high-end APS-c mirrorless should arrive in two weeks period.

Sony is rumored to replace the Alpha A6500 mirrorless camera with the A6700 / A7000 really soon. The upcoming camera is expected to have different body ergonomics and dimensions of the lineup.

According to recent reports the viewfinder of the upcoming high-end APS-c cameras will be placed at the center. So, we might see a competitor to the Panasonic G9 and Fujifilm X-T3 cameras. In this case expect a camera like a X-T3 with IBIS 🙂

Sony A6700 will have a completely brand new design. The camera will have the electronic viewfinder (EVF) in the middle just like the current A7-series full frame mirrorless cameras. Let’s talk about more details when we get closer to the Sony A6700 announcement.
