Canon EF 35mm f/1.4L II and EF-M 15-45mm IS STM Coming

Russian certification authority Novocert has registration documents for the already rumored EF 35mm f/1.4L Mark II for its full-frame DSLRs, and the EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM lens for EOS M system.

We can expect the EF 35mm f/1.4L II USM lens and EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM lens announcements in a few weeks period, as this kind of registration usually becomes official within a month.

Most likely these are the two lenses that will be announced on August 14, 2015 along with the already rumored Canon Rebel SL2 entry-level DSLR camera.

Canon’s next L grade lens will probably be the EF 35mm f/1.4L II prime model  while the EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM could be the next kit lens for the EOS M series cameras.

According to latest Canon rumors, the company is expected to announce the Rebel SL2 camera and two lenses on August 14, 2015.
