Kowa announced the UK pricing of their three new Prominar lenses for Micro Four Thirds system camera. See below for their UK prices and eBay availability.
Japanese lens manufacturer Kowa “Prominar” series are the 8.5mm f/2.8, 12mm f/1.8, 25mm f/1.8 MFT lenses.
The Kowa 8.5mm f/2.8 MFT is a 17mm equivalent rectilinear lens with a surprisingly low amount of geometric distortion (0.12% barrelling).
The Kowa 12mm f/1.8 MFT is a fast 24mm equivalent wide-angle lens, while the Kowa 25mm f/1.8 MFT is a 50mm equivalent “normal” prime. All three lenses have proper distance scales and aperture rings.
