Sigma DP2 Quattro Release Has Been Delayed

Sigma DP2 Quattro large sensor camera has been delayed. According to latest rumors surfaced over the web, Sigma is busy in modification of the recently announced Sigma DP2 Quattro camera and the release date is delayed.

The Sigma DP2 Quattro comes with a newly developed, APS-C sized Foveon X3 Quattro sensor, which provides 5424 x 3616 pixel raw images at the highest resolution setting.

The new Sigma Quattro is fancy looking but a very good performer. The new Sigma dp2 Quattro has a 30mm (45mm eq.) f/2.8 lens with 8 elements in 6 groups. See the official announcement here.
