Canon PowerShot G1 X II Camera First Image Leaked

First image of the upcoming Canon G1 X II digital compact camera leaked on the web. The PowerShot G1 X replacement camera expected to be announced next week on February 12.

The G1 X Mark II camera to feature a 5x optical zoom 24-120mm f/2-3.9 lens (G1 X has 4x). But the important change is that the G1 X II camera will lose the optical viewfinder. The optical viewfinder has been removed in favor of an external electronic viewfinder. The new EVF that will probably be sold as an accessory.
