Egami spotted a new Sony patent. The new patent describes an E-mount Full Frame camera with a super compact sizes. The new patent showing the Sony NEX-5-like full frame camera, which is rumored to be announced in 2014.
The patent images shows a camera design like Sony NEX-5 series with a full frame sensor. Sony is moving on full frame mirrorless cameras and there will be a couple of new full frame E-mount bodies in 2014.
If rumors are true we are going to see more NEX bodies with full frame sensor. This new line will be more compact than the newly announced Sony A7 and A7r full frame mirrorless camera. Possibly the price will be lower than these bodies.

On the other hand Fujifilm is rumored to announce a full frame camera called X200 in 2014. Sony’s new full frame e-mount camera with NEX-5 design also going to compete against these expected cameras.
