The Sony A7 and A7r full frame cameras to be announced on October 16. Sony A7 and A7r cameras will be available for pre-order after the announcement and the Sony A7 & A7r prices are expected as follows.
According to trusted sources, Sony A7 body only price will be $1,698. The entry-level Sony A7 will hit the markets as expected and will be the new cheapest full frame camera. Sony A7 is expected to feature a 24MP on sensor PDAF has AA filter, built-in EVF (middle of the camera) and weather sealed. Sony A7 price expected to be low to compete against the entry-level Nikon D600 and Canon 6D full frame DSLRs. Sony A7 with Sony FE 28-70mm f/3-5-5.6 kit lens price will be $1,998.
Sony A7 and A7r Full Frame NEX Camera Price
On the other hand, the Sony A7r will be the high-end NEX-FF camera model. Sony A7r will feature 36MP full frame sensor and no PDAF and AA filter on sensor. it also has no Anti Aliasing filter just like the Nikon D800E. The high-end A7r camera is expected to be priced around $2,198.
Sony A7 and A7r Coming with New Lenses
Sony NEX full frame E-mount mirrorless camera system rumored to come with five new lenses. Sony G FE 28-70mm f/3.5-5.6 will be the standart kit lens of the upcoming Sony A7 and A7r full frame cameras. The price will be $300 when purchased with the NEX-FF cameras. Sony G FE 28-70mm f/3.5-5.6 lens will be available in camera stores in November.
The second kit lens Zeiss FE 24-70mm f/4.0 OSS lens will be the only “low-priced” lens of the FE range when bought as kit lens with the A7 and A7r cameras. Zeiss FE 24-70mm f/4.0 OSS lens will be available in early 2014. Zeiss FE 70-200mm f/4 OSS lens will be the telephoto lens to be announced along with the Sony A7 and A7R cameras.
The other Zeiss lenses expected to be announced with the A7 and A7r cameras are the Zeiss 35mm f/2.8 prime and the Zeiss FE 55mm f/1.8 lenses.
