The rumored Sony A5000 (ILCE-5000) camera is not a new camera at all. It is the name of Sony NEX-5T. So there is nothing new here and no new camera announcement expected as Sony A5000.
Lats week the Indonesian agency posted a registration for a Sony A5000 camera. Sony is naming the cameras for the upcoming full frame NEX models. As previously mentioned the new NEX full frame cameras (NEX-FF) will be named Sony A7 and A7r.
If the Sony A5000 is the name of NEX-5T, than the Sony’s new Alpha line will become as follows.

The newly announced entry-level A3000 is DSLR like NEX-3, A5000 is the name of NEX-5T and A6000 and A7000 should be the current NEX-6 or NEX-7. The upcoming full frame models will continue like the entry-level Sony A7, mid-level Sony A7r. Finally the rumored Sony NEX-9 will probably be the Sony A9 as a high-end full frame NEX.
