Panasonic has announced the Lumix DMC-GM1, a pocketable camera with a 16 megapixel Four Thirds sensor. Panasonic GM1 high ISO test results and first videos started to surface over the web.
Focus Numerique has posted first review with high ISO test images. The review is in French but you can see the ISO test from ISO 125 to 25,600 captured by the 16MP Venus Engine and the new Lumix G X Vario 12-32mm F3.5-5.6 lens. Panasonic GM1 high ISO raw images can be downloaded at original sizes.
Panasonic GM1 is a ultra small rangefinder style micro four thirds camera that shares the same 16 megapixel sensor as the GX7 and also offers silent shooting at shutter speeds as high as 1/16000 sec. Panasonic GM1 also features Wi-Fi, and 1080/60i video recording.
