Olympus E-M1 micro four thirds camera to be announced this Fall in September. The new Olympus E-M1 will be an entry-level MFT camera announcement expected second week of September.
The Olympus E-M1 announcement might include a pair of new lenses with Micro Four Thirds mount. The new Olympus E-M1 camera will be similar to the OM-D E-M5 with a larger grip will contain an additional control dial on top.
The upcoming Olympus E-M1 MFT camera will have a DSLR-like design. More rumored specs can be seen below for the E-M1 camera.

Please tell me this is a typo. That would be a major surprise to me to take that away.
Actually its not. And you are right there are already two Olympus bodies without weather sealing or 5 axis IS.
Ah… I now understand my confusion.
I read to believe through all the rumors that the E-M1 was the new high end not the low end.
I am personally looking forward to the E-M6, but I notice the last update to that rumor chain is May 20th, I hope it is still in the works. I will patiently wait for some confirmation in another leak. As I am on the fence of purchasing a new E-M5 now if there is a successor or higher end model heading our way in September.
