Sigma 16mm, 23mm, 30mm, 56mm F1.4 DC DN | C Lens Announced for Canon RF mount

Sigma has announced four prime lenses for Canon RF cameras, scheduled to launch between December 2024 and January 2025. The 16mm F1.4 DC DN, the 23mm F1.4 DC DN, the 30mm F1.4 DC DN and the 56mm F1.4 DC DN. On Canon’s APS-C cameras, the lenses deliver full-frame equivalent focal lengths of 26mm, 37mm, 48mm, and 90mm, respectively.

This brings the total number of Sigma APS-C lenses for RF-mount cameras to six, significantly increasing the number of dedicated APS-C lenses available for Canon’s RF system.  All the lenses are now available for pre-order at AdoramaB&HPhoto.

Key Features

  • Optimized Autofocus
These lenses are designed specifically for Canon RF cameras, offering smooth, accurate autofocus and support for Servo AF and in-camera lens correction.
  • Durable Build
All lenses include weather sealing, with rubber gaskets at the mount for added protection in outdoor conditions.

These lenses will also be available for Nikon Z and Micro Four Thirds (M4/3) mounts.
