Nikon Z7 II, Z6 II and Z5 Firmware Updates Released

Nikon released a new firmware update for Nikon Z7 IIZ6 II & Z5 mirrorless cameras. You can follow the links below to download the firmware updates:

The firmware update addressed a problem wherein users were hearing a loud noise from the aperture mechanism when the zoom or focus rings, featured on the F-mount lenses, were rotated. The problem occurred in rare circumstances, when F-mount lenses were connected via an FTZ mount adapter.

Changes from “C” Firmware Version 1.20 to 1.21

  • • Addressed an issue that would in rare circumstances result in unusually loud noises from the aperture mechanism when the zoom or focus rings on F mount lenses connected via an FTZ mount adapter were rotated.

Nikon Z6II Firmware Version 1.21

Changes from “C” Firmware Version 1.20 to 1.21
