Samyang is on the verge to announce a new AF 85mm f/1.4 FE Lens for Sony E-mount cameras. The bright prime optic to be announced soon as the first images of the Samyang AF 85mm f/1.4 FE lens have been leaked online.
What we know so far the Samyang AF 85mm f/1.4 FE lens will have the fastest autofocus among all the current Samyang FE autofocus lenses.
The price of the long prime is unknown at the moment. We can have a look at the Canon EF version of this Samyang lens as it is is priced at $579 at Amazon. Sure Sony user will wait and see if the real world images provide the same quality as the Sony FE 85mm f/1.4 GM lens ($1,798).
