Panasonic Lumix LX100 II (LX100M2) to be Announced on August 23rd

Panasonic Lumix LX100 II (LX100M2) camera is rumored to be announced on August 23rd. The premium compact camera which will be the second version of the Panasonic LX100.

There are no detailed specs given yet but you can see the first pictures of the Panasonic Lumix LX100 II (LX100M2) below. The camera will be available in black and orange.

Previously it was rumored as Panasonic LX200 and we have shared several expectations for the camera. This includes 20-Megapixel Live MOS sensor and tiltable screen similar to the GX8. Sadly we can see a tilt screen on the back of the camera.

Here are the first pictures of the previously rumored Panasonic LX100II (LX100M2) camera that will replace the current LX100 model.

  • 20-Megapixel Live MOS sensor (made by Sony)
  • DFD AF technology that will increase the AF speed to 0.07 seconds
  • Larger OLED viewfinder
  • Tiltable screen similar to the GX8
  • Built-in ND filter
  • ISO up to 51,200
  • New filter effects
  • Built-in flash
  • Price around $900

We expect the Panasonic Lumix LX100 II (LX100M2) announcement will happen on August 23rd and should be on display at Photokina 2018 event. Stay tuned with us for more information.
