Samyang / Rokinon will soon announce a 14mm f/2.8 lens with autofocus for Canon DSLR cameras. This will be the first AF lens that is produced by Samyang for Canon’s EF mount.
The wide-angle prime optic is a full-frame lens and will be available for Canon full-frame DSLRs. It will offer a 35mm equivalent of 21mm for APS-c sensor cameras like EOS 77D and 80D.
No indication if the lens will also be available for Nikon F-mount. Price information is unknown at the moment.
Samyang to announce AF 14mm f/2.8 EF lens for Canon EF Mount
Ideally suited for landscape and architectural photography, this lens covers ultra-wide perspectives. Samyang AF 14mm f/2.8 for EF-mount is expected to be announced on January 14th.
