Fujifilm is rumored to introduce the Fujifilm X-T3 sometime before Photokina 2018, as the weather-sealed mirrorless camera will allegedly be present at world’s largest digital imaging event.
According to recent rumors, the Japan-based company will be present at the Photokina 2018 show in order to introduce its high-end mirrorless camera. It will replace the Fujifilm X-T2 and will follow the naming pattern, meaning that it will be called Fujifilm X-T3.
This is good news for all the photographers waiting for Fuji to launch a X-T2 successor. The Fujifilm X-T2 was unveiled in July 2016. Let’s head over to more details about the upcoming Fujifilm X-T3 camera.

So what about the X-T3 specs, release date. Fresh Fujifilm X-T3 rumors are claiming that the X-mount mirrorless camera will also employ a new image processor.
As a result, the X-T3 will be powered by the new EXR processor, which will be capable of handling the huge amount of data of a video at 4K resolution. The max framerate will be 4k 60p for the X-T3, while the X-H1 max frame rate will be 4k 30p and 120p for full hd recording. On the other hand the rumored X-H1 will have the same processor as the current X-T2.
We believe the mirrorless shooter will come packed with an improved sensor. The resolution might stand the same in 24-megapixels. We will find out everything there is to know during the Fujifilm X-T3 announcement event at Photokina 2018.

Any word on the X-Pro2 replacement?
The camera world is so exciting, especially if you shoot Fuji 🙂 I won’t be buying one of these new cameras yet, as I’m extremely satisfied with my X-T2, but to see the company doing so well and introducing more cameras to the lineup is good to see!
Having an XT-1 and loving it, I didn’t go the XT-2 route but might be tempted by the XT-3. Will check Photokina 2018 of course…
