More details are coming for the Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 300mm f/4 PRO telephoto prime lens for Micro Four Thirds cameras.
According to latest Olympus rumors, the 300mm f/4 PRO lens will start shipping in 2016 Spring and the price of the telephoto prime lens expected to be between 1799 – 1999€.
Usually the rumored prices in Euros becomes direcly the USD price of the products so we can expect it to be around $2,000 price tag in US.

Olympus 300mm f/4 PRO MFT lens is expected to feature extremely high quality optics. The super telephoto prime lens provides a 35mm focal length equivalent of 600mm and also gives constant aperture of f/4.
The lens will feature dust- and splash-proof construction and looks to be roughly the same size as the 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO.
The M.Zuiko Digital ED 300mm f/4 PRO lens for Micro Four Thirds cameras is in talks for a long time and previously it was said to be released in November.
