Canon EOS Rebel T6i vs Nikon D5500 Comparison

Canon has introduced two new entry-level DSLRs called the EOS Rebel T6s/760D and Rebel T6i/750D in February, 2015.

DigitalRevTV has posted a 9 minute comparison of the two Canon cameras vs the Nikon D5500 DSLR cameras.

The differences between the EOS Rebel T6s is the camera plays the flagship role with a top panel LCD, quick control dial, horizontal level guide and additional manual controls in video mode.

The Nikon D5500 features a 24.2 megapixel DX-format CMOS sensor with no optical low-pass filter. The DSLR comes with a full articulated touch screen and powered by an EXPEED 4 image processor. D5500 specs list also includes Full HD 1080p video with notable low-light sensitivity up to ISO 25600 and up to 5 fps.

The EOS Rebel T6s and T6i will be available at the end of April 2015. The Rebel T6s will sell for $849.99 body-only or $1199.00 with EF-S 18-135mm STM kit lens. The EOS Rebel T6i will retail for $749.99 body-only, $899.99 with EF-S 18-55mm STM kit lens or $1099 with EF-S 18-135mm STM lens.
