Canon EOS C500 Mark II Camcorder Coming in 2016

Canon EOS C500 Mark II camcorder is rumored to be announced sometime in 2016 and it will be able to shoot above 4K video.

The Canon EOS C500 Mark II camcorder expected to become available  at NAB 2015 show this year but Canon only reveal the C300 Mark II cinema EOS camera for videographers.

According to latest Canon rumors, the Canon EOS C500 Mark II cinema camera  will be introduced in 2016 and able to shoot above 4K video, something like 6K or 8K video.

At the moment there are no specifications posted for the Canon EOS C500 Mark II model but the Mark II version of C500 camcorder might record 6K or even 8K videos.

Canon was a bit late for 4K market, so they don’t want late again in the 6K or 8K market. The release date for C500 Mark II is rumored for mid 2016.
