Canon 7D Mark II and EF 100-400mm f/4-5.6L IS II USM Rumors

More details are coming for the EOS 7D replacement camera. According to recent rumors the upcoming EOS 7D Mark II and a new telephoto zoom lens will be announced before Photokina 2014 in September.

NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) on 7D Mark II camera will possibly ends on September 9, 2014. Photokina 2014 starts on September 16.

The Canon EOS 7D Mark II will be probably announced one week before, maybe Tuesday, September 9, 2014 or Friday, September 12.  As a note the EOS 5D Mark III was announced on a Friday.

The 7D Mark II will be “pro” APS-C DSLR camera. See the combined new specs for the upcoming 7d MK II. The rumor also states a new telephoto zoom lens and it is said to be the new EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II lens which will be the replacement for the EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM model.
