Nikon released a new L firmware update for the FT1 adapter. Nikon FT1 adapter L firmware update 1.20 now gives support for the Nikon 1 V3 mirrorless camera.
Nikon FT-1 F-Mount Adapter is currently priced for $209.99 and the new firmware update can be downloaded from the Nikon support pages provided below.
The current L firmware (FT1 firmware) version can be verified from the Firmware version in the camera’s setup menu.

Nikon FT-1 F-Mount Adapter Features
- Supports dozens of existing F-mount NIKKOR lenses.
- F-mount lenses mounted on the FT1 have a crop factor of 2.7x.
