Sony’s Flagship APS-C E-Mount Camera Will Replace Both NEX-6 and NEX-7

Sony has officially confirmed that two mirrorless cameras will be announced in 2014. One of them is going to be unveiled just before the Camera and Photo Imaging Show called CP+ 2014 which is going to happen in mid-February.

The new Sony camera will be a flagship model and replace both the NEX-6 and NEX-7. Earlier we have posted the NEX-7 successor could be called the Sony A6000. Now this APS-C E-mount camera rumored to replace both NEX-6 and NEX-7 models.

Sony A6000 Specs

Sony’s flagship APS-C E-mount mirrorless camera will feature a faster autofocus system and an improved image processor. Sony NEX-6 and NEX-7 successor will also feature improved Image Quality and EVF.

The upcoming Sony mirrorless camera will be priced at €800 in Europe and around $950 in US.
