Canon TS-E 90mm f/2.8 Lens Will be Replaced By TS-E 135mm f/2.8L

Canon is rumored to launch new tilt-shift lenses. New Canon tilt-shift lenses are expected to be the replacement of the TS-E 45mm f/2.8 and TS-E 90mm f/2.8 lenses. New versions of the tilt-shift lens announcement expected to be in early 2014.

Both lenses will be in the new “L” line. First one is a direct replacement of the current TS-E 45mm f/2.8 Tilt Shift lens. The second one is the TS-E 90mm f/2.8 lens which is expected to be replaced by the “L” version of TS-E 135mm f/2.8L.

According to CR, Canon is redesigning the shift mechanism on the new tilt-shift lenses and that they won’t share the same design as the TS-E 17 f/4L and TS-E 24 f/3.5L II.
