Panasonic is rumored to announce a new 12-35mm pancake lens along with the upcoming ultra compact Micro Four Thirds camera. The new Panasonic 12-32mm lens expected to be the kit lens of the ultra compact G series MFT camera.
The new Panasonic 12-32mm lens will be as compact as the current Panasonic X Vario PZ 14-42mm. But the new 12-35mm pancake lens will not come with PZ technology. The upcoming Panasonic 12-32mm lens expected to be very small, very light to fit for the new ultra compact micro four thirds camera.
Panasonic 12-32mm Pancake Lens Coming Soon
Panasonic is currently selling the 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 PZ lens for $287.88 at Amazon. The ultra compact G series MFT camera and the 12-32mm lens will be offered as a kit and expected to have a very cheap price to compete with Fujifilm and Olympus models. Panasonic 12-32mm pancake lens will be launched this October.
