Tamron 16-300mm Lens to be Announced in Late 2013

Tamron is rumored to announce a new 16-300mm zoom lens for APS-C DSLR cameras by the end of 2013.

Tamron 16-300mm lens for APS-C sensored cameras will have a much cheaper price and expected to compete against  AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-300mm f/3.5-5.6G DX lens which has released last year.

The Tamron 16-300mm lens aperture has not been leaked. The upcoming Tamron zoom lens expected to be in range of its competitors like  f/3.5-5.6 or stop better with a cheap price.

There is no price information leaked but Nikon AF-S DX 18-300mm f/3.5-5.6G lens price is for $996.95 at Amazon. Tamron 16-300mm lens for APS-C dSLR cameras will be priced better than this price.

Any news on this lens? I was going to buy the nikon 18-300, but hearing that this one was in the pipelines, i decided to wait
