Canon France has leaked two pages showing the compact camera developments involving both full frame and APS-C sensors. The Canon Compact 24×36 full frame camera and the other one is Compact APS the APS-C sensored compact camera.
So the question : Is Canon working on a large sensor, full frame, compact camera like the Sony RX1? A new large sensor Powershot camera is already on the horizon.
Canon has also started to send invites for a big product launch event soon. The big event rumored to happen in the next 6-8 weeks period. May be a compact full frame or APS-C sensored compact camera could be announced along with the Canon EOS 70D.
