Cosina will release Voigtlander brand COLOR-SKOPAR 18mm F2.8 Aspherical X mount, an interchangeable lens exclusively for Fujifilm X mount.
COLOR-SKOPAR 18mm F2.8 Aspherical X mount is an interchangeable lens exclusively for Fujifilm X mount, and is a manual focus wide-angle lens that covers an APS-C size image circle.
It has an angle of view equivalent to 28mm full-frame equivalent, and the optical design is optimized for the image sensor of Fujifilm X system cameras.
This lens is equipped with electronic contacts, and as disclosed by Fujifilm Corporation, highly reliable electrical communication is achieved between the lens and the body. The combination of a telecommunications compatible body and the latest firmware enables Exif information, focus check, and shooting distance linked display, as well as in-body image stabilization for certain models.
When attached to a model that does not support electrical contacts, you can enable aperture-priority auto shooting by enabling lensless release in the camera settings.
