Rumors : Canon EOS R5S to Feature a 75MP Sensor

According to latest Canon rumors, Canon will release a high-pixel model in 2022, which will be equipped with a 75-megapixel full-frame image sensor. The name of the camera is rumored to be “EOS R5S“. The design of the body would be similar to the EOS R5.

This Canon’s high megapixel full frame mirrorless camera has rumored for a long time. Previous reports indicates that the Canon EOS R5s will be released together with the TS-R 14mm F4 L and TS-R 24mm F3.5 L. These will be the first tilt-shift lenses with autofocus.

  • Electronic viewfinder with higher resolution than EOS R5
  • Video capabilities are not the focus of the EOS R5S
