Panasonic G90 Rumored to Feature 20MP Sensor

Panasonic G90 camera is rumored to feature 20.0-megapixel Digital Live MOS Sensor and new Venus Engine. The follow up to the Lumix G85, this will be a new and updated SLR-style mid-range interchangeable lens mirrorless camera.

There were several talks previously that Panasonic will be using the GH5s sensor in the Lumix G90. However latest tips from anonymous sources shows that the Panasonic G90 can use a 20MP sensor from the Panasonic G9. In this case we can define it to be a affordable version of the Panasonic G9.

The Panasonic G85 (Amazon | B&H | Adorama) is a very good camera and is ideal for those who want to experience the DSLR style between mirrorless cameras.

We can say that the new Panasonic G90 will have a serious update on the sensor side. The camera already comes with UHD 4K Video recording at up to 60p, 80MP High-Res Shot Mode and 5-axis image stabilization.

Besides the sensor and image processor side improvements, we can expect native ISO performance and minor changes in the body side in addition to the existing features.
