New Firmware Released for the Olympus E-M1 Mark II and PEN-F Cameras

Olympus released a new firmware updates for the OM-D E-M1 Mark II and PEN-F MFT cameras.

With this firmware the E-M1 Mark II updated to firmware V1.3 and PEN-F to Ver 2.1. This firmware corrects issue of AF Targeting Pad not functioning on E-M1. For the PEN-F it improves the stability of operations while the display is closed.

[Precautions when updating firmware]

When updating the firmware from version 1.x to 2.1, the camera settings are reset.
When updating the firmware from version 2.x to 2.1, the camera settings are maintained.
