The new prime lens has a fast-aperture and added in the Contemporary lineup is designed to use on mirrorless cameras for Sony E-mount and Micro Four Thirds systems.

Fast 30mm F1.4 prime lens will provide a 35mm equivalent focal length of 45mm for Sony E-mount and 60mm for Micro Four Thirds bodies, which is perfect for low-light, indoor and portrait shootings. This lens uses a stepping motor for fast and quiet focus during video and weighs just 263g/9.3oz.
Sigma currently has three DN-series lenses for mirrorless cameras. They are Sigma 19mm f/2.8, 30mm f/2.8, and 60mm f/2.8 lenses.
