Fujifilm X-T10 To Be Announced in Late Spring 2015

The Fujifilm X-T10 mirrorless camera or we may call it a “mini X-T1” is rumored to be announced in late Spring 2015.

According to latest Fuji Rumors, the image sensor of the Fujifilm X-T10 will be identical to the one found in the high-end X-T1 mirrorless shooter.

If true, X-T10 will feature a 16.3-megapixel APS-C X-Trans CMOS II image sensor but on the other hand the low-end mirrorless camera will not be weathersealed as the X-T1.

Fujifilm X-T10 will use the same sensor as the X-T1

  • Name: X-T10
  • Cheaper version of the X-T1

Whatta stupid choice by Fuji. Why? Because XE2 already is a cheaper version of XT1. It has same sensor and chip and all other features except smaller EVF and no weathersealing. I wonder why would Fuji make such move… rather invest in FF development and replace Xt1 with a FF sensor.
