Official Olympus E-M5II Sample Images

Olympus E-M5II announced with 5-axis image stabilization, a 40-megapixel high-resolution shot mode, sophisticated, stunning HD video, integrated Wi-Fi and a variable-angle 3-inch touchscreen.

First Olympus E-M5II sample images are now official on Olympus Japan website. The company posted 4 high-resolution sample photographs taken with the new Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II Micro Four Thirds camera.

The Olympus E-M5II mirrorless camera boasts a 40MP high resolution shot mode, achieved by shifting the sensor in half-pixel steps and capturing eight images over a period of one second.

Olympus E-M5II sample images shot at sensitivity settings of ISO 200 and ISO 800 using the M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-40mm f/2.8 Pro and M.Zuiko Digital 17mm f/1.8 lenses. The samples include three 16-megapixel photos and one 40-megapixel composite image.

The Olympus OM-D E-M5 II is available from the camera stores below with a price tag for $1099.99 body-only. All-black and silver body versions will be sold for the same price.
