Canon has posted 5 high-resolution sample photographs taken with the new EF 400mm f/4 DO IS II USM super telephoto lens.

The EF 400mm f/4 DO IS II USM is a compact, lightweight super telephoto lens that is ideal for sports and wildlife photography. The lens weighs half of what its EF 400mm f/2.8L counterpart does, and claims four additional stops of shutter speed thanks to Canon’s optical image stabilization.
