Nikon has released new firmware update for COOLPIX L820 digital compact system camera. The firmware version 1.1 for Nikon Coolpix L820 is available for download.
The high-power zoom L820 with 30x optical zoom and a backside illumination CMOS sensor. The high pixel count L28 with a CCD sensor offering an effective pixel count of 20.1-million pixels.

- An issue that meant in some rare cases after a lens error occurred the camera could not recover even when it was turned off and then on again has been resolved.
