Phottix Mitros+ Flash Announced for Sony Cameras

Phottix has released the Sony / Minolta version of its Mitros+ TTL flash. The new flash unit features built-in radio triggering and power control functions.

The Phottix Mitros+ offers a 3.5mm sync port and has a guide number of 58 (in metres), high-speed and second-curtain synchronisation modes, a zoomable tilt-swivel flash head with 24-105mm coverage (14mm with a wide-angle diffuser), an AF assist light and a quick flash mode.

The Mitros+ TTL Transceiver Flash for Sony will start to ship to Phottix retailers this week.

Phottix Mitros+ TTL Transceiver Flash for Sony (Minolta Hot Shoe)

After considerable development and testing Phottix is happy to announce the newest addition to the Phottix Mitros+ family: ThePhottix Mitros+ TTL Transceiver Flash for Sony (ISO Hot Shoe).

Use the Mitros+ on-camera as a key or fill light, as well as control and trigger other Mitros+ flashes or compatible flashes using Phottix Odin Receivers. The Mitros+ also offers a built-in Phottix Odin Receiver and Strato II Receiver. Existing Phottix triggers, like the Phottix Odin or Strato II can be used to trigger the Mitros+ without extra receivers.
