Canon Patent For Foveon Sensor With Anti-Reflection Film

Egami has discovered a new patent filed by Canon. The new patent describes a a 3 layer, Foveon-like sensor with an insulator film applied.

There are similar patents showed up in the past and this is the third Canon patent about a Foveon-like sensor. See here and here.
