Canon 5D MIII have RAW , m RAW & s RAW file format .
Best in the group for this technical point .

@Hamid thx for the feedback. Yes Canon 5d MK3 has mraw and sraw support but both are lower resolutions. Anyway it has their support and has to be on the table.
